Property is very outdated and did not have the brand quality associated with this hotel. We spent about 10 minutes trying to find our room and when we asked housekeeping she shrugged us off and didn’t help. Was very disappointed with the organization and professionalism of the staff. It rained during our trip which was out of their control obviously, but when we went to the activities center to get some ideas of what we could do, we were told that this is mainly an outdoor hotel and not much going on. You expect alot when you stay at a resort of your caliber. We have stayed in many nice places over the years. We were very disappointed when we had no hot water the first night. We spoke with desk the next morning and they said you need to leave the hot water on for 15 minutes or so to get hot water to your room! My wife was not too pleased to have to run the water for 15-20 minutes so she could wash her face! Our TV blinked on and off and the alarm woke us up early with a false alarm. Bathroom was dirty. Food was terrible. Services horrible. Very overrated and expensive for this old hotel. Noisy.

The hotel rooms are in terrible shape. Old, musty smelling and not clean.

We got a room in another building paying the same rate, the building is very poorly preserved and we had to walk a lot to get there.. in front of our room there are renovations and construction noise started at 6 am. Bad experience in all ways
