Very nice selection of yellow construction vehicles, bulldozers dumptrucks backhoes really big digging machines, my grandsons would have loved it!

Horrible service, bad condition, noisy because of construction, bad manner of the hotel employees. Never recommend, and we never go back there

The vacation to Coronado island itself is always amazing . We traveled as a family with two kids , attending a conference . The building is old and needs updating. Carpets are old and not clean as well as Furniture. There is construction ongoing at hotel and during the day if you need to rest at the hotel it’s almost impossible due to noise . At night there were people at parking area probably drunk fighting and speaking loud so here goes the night sleep. On the weekend they play loud music late night for different events I ... read more

the quality of the rooms. 1. The carpet was rippled throughout room. Could be tripping hazard. 2. Opened up the king bed, the sheet had a smear that appeared to have been an insect. Called housekeeping immediately but still took an hour before someone showed up. We had to contact housekeeping twice. That was nasty. 3. For the price of the hotel, the grout in the bathroom had black mold between the tiles. 4. If the the hotel is non-smoking, someone was smoking near our room. The grounds were under construction. Rooms were old and minimum amenities. Balcony dirty and dusty due to heavy construction. Restaurants were overcrowded. Parking fees overly expensive.

This hotel has been on our bucket list for years. We were so excited to finally book a room for my husband’s birthday. What an absolute let down. Extremely disappointed! Not worth the money at all!

Pass until renovations are done I was excited to stay as a treat for my birthday. Some staff was excellent like the valet, bell desk, and spa desk. The hotel had hairs on the tub and sand in the room. It was going through renovations. The construction crews woke me up at 7:00 am and didn’t not stop. The front desk was awful. They were not helpful explaining where the room was. They were done right rude! It was a horrible experience. I have stayed at historic hotels.. Broadmor, The Stanley and many more. Crib do not fit in all rooms First off this review is more directed Hotels.com and then the quality of our room. My wife and I are expecting our second child in July so we took a mini vacation with our 1 year old daughter in April. We booked the hotel online and requested a crib. After the room was booked we found out that a crib would not fit in the room we booked yet there was no mention of that by hotels.com.
