Hello I have been with Itrust for a… Hello I have been with Itrust for a while now and I just transferred some coins from my IRA to a New Roth IRA It was fast and seamless. The customer service was helpful and walked me through the process. They have losts of coins and in like transfer is easy.

Julian was exceptional Julian was exceptionally calm and pleasant in our call even though I was somewhat frustrated, he gave me the information that I needed and even more importantly, he followed up on a FRIDAY NIGHT, when most people would not have followed through at all. Put my mind at ease I had been attempting to create an application and I made a mistake along the way and was locked out. I finally got that squared away and I began my application. They have been fine until recently They have been ok until recently. Transactions for transferring has been a lot slower than what they promised. When I asked them for more details, they could not answer any specifics but just gave me a generic answer to get me off the phone. Not helpful at all. Their app is ok and has basic functions. It is convenient to buy and sell on the app platform but it doesn’t provide summaries of your total portfolio and different break down of the portfolio, (i.e. gains, losses, initial investment... read more

Hi LK, Thanks for your all-around feedback. We definitely been experiencing higher volume due to the overwhelming demand and interest in the digital asset space. We're doing everything we can internally to get our IRA Transfer processing time back to where it was before. Our app for Android and iOS does have features that allow you to track portfolio allocation and average cost.
