    I've made several unsuccessful attempts to connect the app to my new Polaris P965iQ pool sweep thru my Andrpid phone. Digging deeper into the issue I notice this app hasn't been updated since 2017. The Andriod OS has been updated since then, and while checking the app settings on my phone I was prompted with "This app was designed for an older version of Android." So, it seems for now that I won't be able to access all the features of my new pool sweep.

    Worked briefly now it does not work at all. It will not connect to my network. Tech support seems lost and clueless as to how to fix it.

    Deserves anti stars. literally the worst ap I've ever experienced. as other folks have stated...constant..I mean constant loss of connection... all it does is try to connect. At least half the time..I have absolutely no control over the pool/spa. spa mode stops and it starts dumping all your hot water [$$$$] into the pool. you have no control to stop it. avoid the whole aqualink hardware and software like the plague. ...worst ever. 200k later and I spend all my time on this pos

    This app could be so much better. Why do I have to go to Web to adjust my schedule or aquapure? Web connection doesn't always want to connect. Would like to be able to everything in fewer screens and tabs.

    VERY difficult to connect to the WEBSITE. I immediately received a message from the Webmaster indicating that they corrected the error in my profile. I was able to connect to the WEBSITE and have not had any more problems. Your customer service is exceptional. THANKS. Arthur Sacco
