Worked fine in '16. This year I can't change the schedule on either my laptop or smartphone (Android). Go back to older version, fire your IT support and hire someone who knows what they're doing.

Hasn't been updated in ages. Menus at the top don't display properly on modern android phones. Still rocking the 2012 style. Link out to 20 year old web interface (at least it looks that old) is sad user experience.

Cannot connect wifi to app on Note 9. I had the Note 5 and even Jandy rep had a hard time. Finally got it connected, but switched phones, now nobody can help.

The app doesn't work about 70% of the time. My wireless signal is very strong but the app always says "connection lost". Maybe it isn't the app, but the actual aqualink equipment. Don't waste your money.

2 weeks old does everything it is supposed to do. UPDATE 3 years later runs flawlessly. Wish all apps did what they were supposed to do like this one!!

Connectivity to my pool system is complete garbage. works 50% of the time. For the price of the system this should be flawless. Get some decent diagnostics in your system and maybe some decent support staff. If I could give 0 stars I would.

When it works, it is adequate, but nothing special and full of weird bugs. The problem is that it just stops working, and sometimes for long periods. It's been down for a week right now for me. And the problem is NOT my wireless or Internet. Just not reliable. I don't know where all these amazing reviews are coming from, but can't believe more people are not complaining about the down time. They keep talking about doing an update, but nothing has been updated in forever.

Great app if you want it to only work 1 out of 80 attempts to connect. It's useless. I have to constantly go to alternate means to get devices on and off.

Worked great until the last update. Have deleted and reinstalled a dozen times. Each time it stops working. Even had the pool guy come out twice. He says the same thing. A total waste of money for the system. They need to fix the bugs.
