I've been using IBA also know as International Benefits Administrators. For 12 years and going strong. I have never had any issues with IBA or any claims. They are quick and responsive. From billing to just normal general questions. I highly recommend this great insurance company to anyone. I 100 % give this company 5 out of 5 stars. Thank you IBA for your great service. Keep up the great work.

****** **** ********* has been doing business with IBA more than 20 years. They are always available to us and our team members even on weekends and holidays. Our benefit plans position ourselves as a great place to work. We are constantly updating our benefits to see what else we can offer to our team. I would have given negative stars review if I could. They lie about policy when you purchase. I was told the doctor’s visits will be covered. When the doctor’s office have called to verify insurance policy, they were told we are not covered. When I called customer service (don’t try to use the phone number on a card, you have to jump through the hoops to reach anyone) I was told that no one ever called from the doctor’s office. Such a scam! I was looking for affordable coverage for our family of 5 and thought this was too good to be true, and it was! It coveraged NOTHING for the 8 months we had it. My kids physicals, yearly shots, basic exams, dermatology, NOTHING. Each office came from their "list of approved doctors" and none of them actually accepted this insurance, I had to pay out of pocket for everything. This gets ZERO STARS from me. This is the worst & the most unprofessional insurance company I've ever dealt with. I'm new to the area & for the past 6 months money comes out of my account for payments. Nothing has been paid I've been going back & forth with these people for 6 months about a routine Dr visit that's covered by insurance that they haven't paid & now that **** has been turned over to collections..when I mentioned it to the rep he said OH!!!!! It should be illegal how difficult they make accessing information, filing claims, managing claims, processing claims, and simply contacting a representative.I am repulsed with this service.
