This is a complete hoax. I have in writing everything they told me my plan would cover when I got it. Word for word. I paid thousands of dollars never needing to use it and then the 2 times I needed to go in for something minor, it paid absolutely nothing. They told me the services I had done WERE covered. Now, a year later I’m receiving bills that were never paid. TOTAL SCAM. Would have been better off with no insurance at all. Because I literally had no insurance at all with IBA.

Fraudulent company operating in plain sight. Prior to buying their insurance plan I explained to the rep my wife and I are in great health but I need to have colonscopies done every 5 years as preventative care as my father had colon cancer. This was my ONLY prequisite. The rep gleefully told me not only are you covered with this plan but you can go to any doctor in the country and your copay is only $60.00. This is a joke. We can not get claims paid and they just keep putting us off. Now they tell us it will be 40-50 days for payment. They request medical records for everything and say everything is preexisting.

These guys are the worst. At best they are completely incompetent and at worst, they are an outright scam. I don't know how they are allowed to operate. Calling customer service is a joke and of EVERY agent I ever called could not hide their outright glee at denying your claim. EVERY excuse was that it was a "pre-existing condition". These people should go straight to JAIL.

This is the WORST health insurance ever. I have reported them to the OIG for healthcare insurance fraud. They reject EVERY claim due to "pre-existing conditions" and request medical records so that most people don't get involved and the claims can remain denied. WHEN I CANCELED MY INSURANCE WITH THEM, THEY TOOK THEIR PAYMENT BACK FROM THE HOSPITAL AND THE HOSPITAL TOLD ME THAT HEALTH INSURANCE COMPANIES HAVE 7 YEARS TO TAKE THEIR PAYMENTS BACK.....THEN WHAT GOOD DOES PAYING THEM DO? This insurance literally covers nothing. Very low coverage and poor costumer service. Premium payments that we made were exactly on or before due dates, but when it comes to coverage, staff took no response. Left with bills to pay on our own. Would not recommend it to even the healthiest person. It's like throwing money to trash.

They and ********** Insurance are horrible - I've paid in 3 year's worth of premiums and they deny essentially every single claim submitted to them. For example, my high-school aged son went in for a routine physical, required by his high school before starting school last September. They denied the claim as a pre-existing condition. It's a scam. Our medical office will never accept any insurance that processes through IBA again. They do not pay any claims. They use stall tactics and request ridiculous information. I cannot even give them one star although if forces you to do that. ***** *

I work insurance claims for a huge Hospital near Dallas Texas and I have yet to see a claim processed and paid in a timely manner, if at all. Accidents are deemed pre-existing conditions requiring medical records that one representative will confirm received and the next will deny receiving them all together. I like to be organized and have details of each conversation in one file for each separate claim so when the next representative I speak with gives me a different answer I can tell them exactly which note their office k... read more
