We found two pair of men’s shoes in the closet of our room, which likely means that housekeeping did not attempt to clean that area. Secondly. There was dirty toilet paper in the toilet bowl, also an indication to me that the toilet bowl was not clean. The room was dusty, and the floor was dirty. The one positive all note is that our sheets appeared to be clean, which is most important. We did not use any of the amenities or visit any restaurant area while we were there.

Have a good time at the Casino but stay elsewhere. If you are planning to come enjoy some time at the casino, I would advise you to stay somewhere else. The showers are horrible and there was mold in every room we went to(this is after complaining about mold and having them offer other rooms). They only offered a $60 refund when the stay was around $350.

This place is far from worth $200 a night. Super disappointed. Will never stay there again. Sauna turns off every 5 minutes, kids in pool past 10 PM. Room was missing towle bar and curtains ripped at the bottom. Fan one speed. USB charger didn't work on night stand. Don't waste your money.
We specifically went there because our daughter is in a wheelchair and they had a lift for the pool and hot tub, however, neither worked. My daughter was crushed. 😞
Bed sheets were stained. Asked for new ones and they were also stained. Towels smelled and looked like that were never washed from someone else using them. Horrible service
