Smelled like cigarettes throughout. Bed must have been 20 years old and super uncomfortable. Water pressure was a joke. Loud. Super loud. At 3am the hotel is blasting music outside the main entrance for no reason. We were on the 4th floor and it woke us up. Do not recommend.

Property is outdated and has limited dining options. My room was covered in a layer of dust so I had to request a different room. My “new” room had a sink that would barely drain, I had to wait 10 minutes for the water to go down. Stay somewhere else nearby if you want to gamble.

Musty smelll in room, outdated decor/furniture, no microwave or coffeemaker in room, no streaming access on tv

Our room had no toilet paper, no soap, no towels. The carpet was worn and torn, everything was very visibly dusty. We selected this hotel becuase it has "Ceasars" affiliation. Definately NOT Ceasars level of quality.

There was Mold in the bathroom and trash and junk under one of the beds and the management didn't do nothing about it.

While some may use a computer for booking many use mobile phones, and the sole reason I chose the Isle was for your hot tub which was out of order, the website said it from computer but not from a mobile device otherwise I wouldn’t of even booked the hotel. So it was a rather waste of money. It would be nice if renovation would of been listed on mobile devices as well. Not sure I’ll be staying there again anytime soon.

Not impressed and won’t stay again The room was dirty. While sitting in the chair with the curtain open you could see the large amount of dust and trash under the bed. The decor was falling apart and some was laying on the ground. While starting the jacuzzi tub it was clear it hasn’t been used or cleaned in a while with the large layer of sediment floating at the top of the water after filling it up for the first time.
