Check in was 3:00 pm. We arrived at 4:45 and was told the room wasnt clean so we had to wait a half hour. The manager did offer free drinks at the bar for the inconvenience.
The staff were beyond horrible, except one waitress at the pop up. It was as though we were bothering them by wanting to check in, eat, ask questions, and spend money. I had an emergency and when I asked for suggestions/assistance they basically told me to F off and that I was on my own.

Arrived at hotel I've stayed once before no problem. First thing i do is spray with lysol and wipe down grab pillows to put my pillow cases to pillows there. One of pillows had stains on it and was immediately disappointed next I'm walking to rest room i see like a piece of fake nail in the carpet bright pink can't be missed. Walk down to tell someone, but he had a line of people figured I'd wait as we were there to play so played a bit. Not clean The room was very dirty. Layer of dust on all surfaces. Carpet not vacuumed. Large stain on wall by garbage can. Gsrbage on floor under chair. Ottoman stained. Tape all over ceiling.

Last time. This is the second time I've found large amounts of hair on the shower at this hotel. Makes you wonder if the rooms are cleaned or just straightened up. With all of the money they make i would think there would be some upgrades by now as well. Over priced for mildewed showers. The people that work there are usually decent but i think this was my last time. There are newer hotels in the area for half the price.

Unfortunately the jetted tub was broken when we arrived. One of the jet nozzles was broken off. Room was a little dirty.
