Not the stay we had planned! Upon arrival our room keys did not work, so we had to go back and forth up and down several times to get different keys. The easier way would have been just to give us a different room instead of all the hastle. They sent maintenance up and he had to change out the entire door lock mechanism. There are no amenities in the room. No microwave and no coffee pot so be prepared for that as well. Im guessing we wont stay here again.

There was black mold in the bathroom really bad and the chair was broke

For ther price paid for a room...i was surprised the find the cleaning of the room very lacking. The was still tape all over from balloons...some unknown white stains on curtains...it hasnt been dusted in weeks if not months...and well as all the "stuff" around furniture-not cleaned. The shower was the worst and we chose to not even use it due to the wry obvious mold. Gross! Very disappointed in this property...at least our room. As this was our first stay here.

I was very disappointed in our room it had a a quarter inch thick of dust under the bed and the jacuzzi had hair and dirt in it.

2 staff at Registration desk- one was helping a person check in and the other staff was occupied on the computer. Several people waiting in line for quite a while and not once did the person “occupied” on the computer look up, see the line of people waiting and offer to help or at least acknowledge that the other staff would be with them shortly. Hotel room was dirty- crumbs on counter, sticky substance on drawers; left over food container still in mini fridge; windows smudged and dirty.

The parking lot situation is horrible someone who has paid for a room should be able to park in the gated lot

OLD, DIRTY,DARK,SAD Very disappointing. Old, carpets dirty, drapes old and hanging crooked. Needs fresh paint and updating. Just ugly and happy I only had to stay one night.
