Japanese Auto Masters was founded in 1982 by Tom and Cindi Potter in a small shop close to the Virginia Beach oceanfront. Tom originated Japanese Auto Masters to address the needs of consumers driving Japanese-made vehicles at a time when there were no independent repair service centers that specialized exclusively in all Japanese makes and models. We also service all Domestic vehicles as well.

I had a wonderful experience at Japanese Auto Masters the people are educated, friendly and are straight forward. The front desk guy, I believe his name was Dennis, this man was a scholar and a gentleman, he really made the whole experience worth while very polite and down to earth.

JAM has been doing all my auto maintanance since 1986. Never a doubt these guys will get it right the first time, every time. The estimates are accurate, and if if something unexpected is found, I'm always called before they continue work.Very satisfied, highly recommended.
