Japanese Auto Masters was founded in 1982 by Tom and Cindi Potter in a small shop close to the Virginia Beach oceanfront. Tom originated Japanese Auto Masters to address the needs of consumers driving Japanese-made vehicles at a time when there were no independent repair service centers that specialized exclusively in all Japanese makes and models. We also service all Domestic vehicles as well.

service took a little longer than planned but not a problem. They dropped me off at the golf course and picked me up when the service was finished. I brought the car in for an inspection and service related to check engine light. All work done on the same day.

I needed a couple of different repairs done and they were able to get my car in and out in one day. They were very diligent in letting me know what they thought needed to be done and getting what I wanted done quickly and professionally. Two thumbs up!

Very professional and courteous. Service was done at half the cost of a dealer estimate with a quality job and on time. Dennis was very knowledgable and addressed all of my concerns. I would definitely recommend them to others.
