First visit to JAM - a friend recommended them years ago but location was not convenient. I am glad they moved to Holland Road ! Clean and comfortable waiting area and my car was ready to go in a little over an hour. I will definitely refer my friends to this shop.

I needed an annual safety inspection and my car had a couple of electrical problems. I was thinking that there would be a lot of time spent on troubleshooting but the guys were able to pinpoint one of the problems immediately, just from my description of the symptoms. The other one took a bit longer and the rear brake pads and rotors had to be replaced but, overall, the time and cost of repairs were much lower than I had feared.I have recommended Japanese Auto Masters to friends and would not hesitate to do so again.
