I purchased a 2018 Kia Stinger GT from Auto Nation because the price was right. I realize now, after a year of owning this car, customer service quality is more important than saving a couple thousand dollars. I know this sounds ridiculous and some what privileged, but trust me when I say it's critical to have people who truly care about their product and customers. Hung Pham at Joe Meyers KIA. Remember his name. In my 36 years of purchasing cars, this was the first time that I have been impressed with a car salesperson like I was with him. Honest (!) and very knowledgeable about the KIA models, he made my KIA Seltos EX purchase a very positive experience yesterday. Took my 2013 Kia Soul in for a re call item, I had them check a couple more items. Not only did they take care of the re call in a timely manner , 3 hrs, but my other concerns were not an issue. They could have easily tried to up sell me but didn't Refreshing

Ok, so I tried out the service department today. If you read my other review you know the sales guy I worked with took good care of me. I can start out by saying the service guy did the same thing. Robb was very nice. He's a super friendly guy that processed my vehicle into the service area and took care of my paperwork. Since it was my first time in, and since I bought the vehicle from Joe Meyers this oil change and a recall servicing were complimentary. This November we bought a 2019 KIA Forte from this dealership. Our sales consultant was Mr. Hung Pham. I'm very impressed with his professional knowledge, he gave us THE BEST price, which we couldn't find in Dallas/Ft. Worth where we live. I dropped an one star from the rating because of poor ambiance inside. Please invest some money and make it more presentable. Mr. Hung Pham deserves 5 stars

I have something but praise for the service department. My battery on my Kia with out warning shut down. I called Joe Myers Kia and they got me in and I was able to go back to work. I have a new battery. Cars runs great. If I call about a concern they explain what I need to do and how much it will be. Best Service Department!!! If Mr. Myers was still alive he would be so proud of you all!!!!

We were very happy with our recent car buying experience at Joe Myers. We felt Robert Conner was decent and honest and gave us a fair deal. We hate the car buying process in general and decided years ago to never deal with a salesman we did not like. Usually, we can tell within a few minutes if we want to work with a person or not. We have been all over looking for a manual 2018 or 2019 Kia Soul. A salesman at one place started being snarky and making some sarcastic jokes at my husband's expense. I recently bought a used Hyundai Elantra hatchback from Joe Myers Imports. The price was great, as was the car. Service was friendly, and overall my experience was excellent. Don't be put off by the worn out office building. Rob
