I'd recommend using Key Inspection Services without hesitation. To say that they were thorough is an understatement. 2 inspectors were at the home for approximately 3.5 hours. They literally inspected every possible inch of the home. Buying a home is such a big event and knowing what you're getting into is so important. You'll have confidence that you'll have an accurate assessment of the home you're buying.

Never met Brian face-to-face. Our agent coordinated everything and what I got was a very detailed phone call before making the offer, and an even more detailed written report after offer was accepted. The written report is gold. It's pretty much the roadmap for home improvement / maintenance over the next few years. While Brian was hesitant to give ballpark estimates on how much repairs would cost, he gave enough for me to understand what I'm walking into. The whole thing was as smooth and convenient as can be and I would ... read more

Brandon did an amazing job and just saved us a lot of money. We requested a pre-inspection and based on the outcome chose to continue looking. We've bought quite a few homes in the last decade and have worked with many inspectors. None have been as knowledgeable, detailed and experienced as Key Inspection Services. I highly recommend them and will continue to use them.

I had a home inspection with Brandon. He was great and happy to answer all of our questions, even the ones not related to the inspection. He conducted a thorough report and we received it within 24 hours, which was quick given that it's the holidays. Would highly recommend!

I needed an inspector for a pre-offer inspection, and needed it to be done the very next day. Key Inspection came through and I was able to snag Florin. Florin is a fantastic, detailed inspector and gave me a lot of home maintenance tips and knowledge on knob-and-tube electrical. I ended up getting outbid on the home unfortunately but will continue to have Key Inspection and Florin for my future inspections.

Very happy with our home inspection with Brandon. He was very thorough, knowledgeable, and friendly. The inspection report was easy to understand, very detailed with pictures, and delivered in a timely manner.

I had inspection done from another company when I moved in to my new home and chose Key Inspection for the first year warranty inspection having read all the positive reviews. Florin did not disappoint. He found number of minor issues that were completely missed during the first inspection. He was professional and did a great job! Thank you Florin.

I would suggest Key inspection services to anyone who are interested in house inspection. Brandon did above and beyond inspecting the place. I was impressed of his knowledge and he gave me confidence in my purchase.

Florin was amazing. I was very nervous as I didn't know what to expect. He was very thorough. Throughout the inspection, he was kind and understanding to my needs and goals with the house inspection. His sincere and warm personality made it very easy to communicate with him and ask questions. I would highly recommend him. Thank you Florin
