The staff was very friendly and helpful !.But the location was terrible, homeless was a huge issue with feeling unsafe to leave the property😞

Rooms smell musty and like people have smoked in them. Pretty dated property and security was saying how bad it is during the middle of the night. Very noisy and ac units made loud clicking and squeaking noises.

The parking spaces are terrible. I managed to park vetween 2 large SUV's that were nearly over the line on each side. If course the next morning my vehicle was scratched and dented on both sides from inconsiderate drivers. Spaces are to small!!

Our spaces were designed for an average size automobile. These days, various vehicles use our spaces, and some are oversized. We hope folks will be careful and considerate when traveling. If you don’t like road noise do NOT stay at this hotel. It is very loud all day and night. We rented a room with a full kitchen but it basically had nothing in it so it was unusable. No soap or cutlery just 4 mismatched plates and one bowl. Definitely not worth the extra cost. The staff were very friendly and inviting just not a good location.

Arrived and found out they keep the second front door locked . A young front desk kid thought it’d be funny to make us wait there before letting us in and replayed “ I was just messin with you !” He did it again when we later stepped out to smoke and come back in . We left early in the morning and came back at night and the cleaning staff didn’t even clean our room or change the sheets . Pass on this place .

We apologize for the actions of our staff and will provide additional training to all team members. With so much information on our partner sites, it is easy to miss the cleaning policy. We offer housekeeping visits after the third day of stay or if requested in advance. We hope you will allow our hotel to provide a much better experience for you moving forward.
When we called to say our room’s bathroom was backed up with toilet paper and we hadn’t used the toilet as we were at a concert. When we notified front desk later that night when we got back to the room instead of bringing a plunger I was told to either live without a working toilet or come to front desk and change rooms (to another floor). No assistance and we had to go down and get the keys. In our new room, I found an earring in the bed which I gave to the front desk when we checked out. Not enjoyable at all.

The only alternative to making you comfortable was to relocate you to another room. I disliked that the train tracks are nearby and you can hear everything facing the street sounded like there was a demolition going and could not sleep that night
