Overall experience was disappointing. Hotel sign says to wear mask but the employee was not wearing the mask. Ask for additional service but since one person was working, you have to go to the lobby to pick them up. At night, too much highway and train noise.

The animal smell was awful and I was not in a pet room
We left a day early and found a more suitable hotel in the area. The train tracks next to our room were loud, there were no curtains on the windows and the room smelled of old cigarettes.
Every time we travel to Auburn we always choose to stay at this location! The staff is always wonderful the rooms are clean the pool was clean as well. We love that they have complementary coffee cocoa tea and lemon water for the guests at all hours and not just a limited time… The only downfall is if you stay on the street side of the hotel it can be a bit noisy outside with the traffic. But we love this hotel and that’s only a few short miles to Muckleshoot casino major grocery stores and the outlet mall
Friendly check in staff. Our bathroom door would shut all the way - at all. It was definitely broken, kids felt uncomfortable going to bathroom or shower especially with the other sibling in the room. Maintenance was called- couldn’t fix until following day (our check out date) front desk informed me me that he would credit my room with 10%-15% Off at check out following day. New desk person had no idea whatI was talking about and said he couldn’t make that kind of offer- needless to say no discount.
Easy access to the places we needed. Close to restaurants, we only stayed one night but it was a pleasant stay.

Carpets were dirty. Bed was so old it was all lumpy. Chair was falling apart, bathtub was stained. Dog area was flooded. This hotel is going down hill!
