The young women at the check in was not unknowable and when we arrived it was early so she told me we could not cheek in until 2 or 3 P.M. She questioned my booking by Expedia and had no record of it. but would try to find an available room and to check back . I called at 2:30 and was told no rooms were yet available so I told her to forget it and would find another hotel. The lady at the breakfast was great. The room was very noisy and very warm. Turned the air conditioning on but never got cool

Worst hotel stay in years. My check in was terrible, my reservation got messed up and i was given different information by different front desk receptionists. I checked into my room which was filthy and had hair in the bed along with crumbs and even a toy car in the sheets!!! In the morning I had to move to another room. I was not offered any compensation or assistance. The extra room change in the morning also made me late for work which was terrible. The manager was also never around for me to speak to about the situation.... read more

Hotels.com sucks! After initial screw up ( requested 2 queen bed ) they gave us 1 king with pull out couch first - told them needed 2 queens cause had daughter with us. Gave us 2 queens. Room was great, staff were great, and breakfast was fantastic. Only downfall was hotels.com charged us $146.26 cad & we got bill from hotel in am & room rate was $94.60 American. So even with exchange rate we were overcharged by Hotel.com by approx. $25.00 cad. Will not book again with hotels.com or Expedia. Will definitely tell everyone I k... read more
