The pool had been out of service for some time but I was not made aware when I made the reservation. The breakfast was less than average

Do you like a cold shower in the morning to wake you up? Then this facility is for you! NO HOT WATER TO TAKE A SHOWER!!!! Faucets don’t turn off. Breakfast sucks! Powder scrambled eggs, cold potatoes, rock-hard bagels, and tasteless waffles-pathetic! Luckily there is a Denny’s next door. I will never go to another LaQuinta Inn for the rest of my life!
Hotel stopped running the shuttle and stranded visitors staying at the hotel.
Elevator in poor shape and full of graffiti
I stayed at this property last Wednesday night. I had mistakenly made a reservation for Sunday night, March 17, not recognizing that the wrong date was included in the reservation. This was probably my fault and I tried to cancel this reservation later numerous times but was never successful. The Expedia cancellation process was/is totally unsatisfactory! Window latches were broken in our room, so a lot of noise came through the window. There was black and brown stuff on ceiling. The elevator had scratch graffiti everywhere and was not clean. The outside door was broken and could be opened without a card. Pretty much only the lobby was nice and clean.
You get what you pay for! Unsanitary, roach infested and outdated. Staff is rude. Sheets were stained and dirty. No toiletries in the bathroom as well as no door for privacy. Rust in tub from faucets, paint peeling in the tub and walls. Carpet smells like mildew. The only “ ok” thing is they provide free transportation to the airport every 30 minutes
Close to airport
The only star I gave is because the front desk people were polite and useful. Our room (330) smelled cigarette, on the hall a horrible and strong smell of weed so we requested another floor . We were given room 524: we found and reported all these problems :the ac was not working it was soo cold! The first night was a nightmare.The phone room never worked and there were no hair dryer. Also we requested clean towels and shampoo, a tiny bottle for two people is not enough for 3 nights.HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!
