Forced to change rooms and quiet hours not enforced. We were kicked out of our room because of the remodel and were forced into another. On our 2nd night, the hallway noise didnt stop until 1am, and we were on the 5th floor. Hotel Looks nice with the remodel.

Had a good time, every one was really helpful for certain. Door lock would not open, average time to open door was 3 Minutes, they made me new cards 3 times. Breakfast time could be moved to be over at 9:30 instead of 9 AM that would help alot, also heard people talking about it the only thing is the door lock to room 105, it never worked properly. Repeatedly I had to have front desk staff attempt to open my door and they could not do it but eventually they did. DOOR BAD/PEOPLE GOOD REPLACE IT!!!!!
I would stay here again The computer system was down. My credit card information was written down Breakfast was good.
Excellent Nothing Everything about the hotel
Would use again! The pillows were a little flat. The thermostat had a little mind of its own...kept turning off and needing to be reset to keep room cool. The handle for the shower needed to be turn almost all the way to hot to get warm. The hotel had great employees-very welcoming-chose it because they have their own shuttle-not shared with other hotels! Early morning air port shuttle at 4:30 am was on time and easy! Breakfast was very yummy! Offered eggs-not just continental! Thank you for a comfy stay!
Good Did NOT like breakfast. Poor quality and little fruit.
They need to get their act together A) The room we stayed in was separated from the room next to us by only a thin partition We woke up with people speaking next door and couldn’t sleep most of the night. The explanation was that the separation between the those two rooms was only a metal door . B) We hung the ‘ clean our room ‘ note on the door and went out . Pleasant The heating is terrible. Winter temperatures and an A/C unit just cannot handle that. When will hotels and motels ever learn? Room was extremely cold when we arrived then you crank up the useless A/C which doesn't help much except stings you in the eyes with a massive air circulation worse than the hours long flights you just been subjected to before.... Lobby and corridors are not heated at all (= breakfast room is freezing) so the staff at reception have to use an electrical heat radiator to keep themselves warm..... read more
