Pool was dirty and house keeper never cleaned my room the whole stay. I was told she was running late and would come soon. I waited two hours then was told she already left for the day.

The whole reason I booked this property was because the pool area looked very nice and relaxing. Upon check-in, I asked if the pool was open and they said it was closed for cleaning! It seems illogical to clean the pool during the hottest days of the summer, so close to the weekend, when the pool would be in demand. I was extremely disappointed in finding out this information. Air conditioners didn't work properly in two rooms. The wifi was awful, could barely function. The towels has stains. And floor was sticky. Staff was nice, let me change rooms without hassle.

Worse hotel stay ever! Number not even on room, didn't know where to go! My 2021 Dodge Diesel Laramie truck was stolen from there in the middlr of the night! No cameras, front desk was not helpful at all. Right across from airport so thought it would be safe hotel. Horrible!

Poor front desk service. Nobody was there when I arrived, and when someone showed, they sat texting on their phone right in front of me before saying a word.
