Staff was nice when we checked in, the room was clean, but smelled like somebody smoked in the room Since we had an early flight we were only there for a few hours to sleep and didn't want to bother changing rooms. The bathroom doors were off the hinges and fell on my head, we called to inform the staff. Worse part was we ended up getting charged $250 for the smell of smoke! We did get it returned after speaking with the manager, but we don't think we should of been charged for something we don't do, like smoke! So if your r... read more

Our check-in was quick and efficient which was good for us as we had a long day of travel and wanted to leave for dinner once we got settled into our room. When we got into our room we noticed our door to the bathroom was broken and didn’t close all the way. There was no clasp for the door to be held closed and the handle on the door was broken. This did not work for us since we were a group of 4 people and needed privacy in the bathroom. There was also a long, curly black hair hanging from the inside of the door handle. I i... read more

They couldn’t give me a extra blanket because they didn’t have any more.

Business response:

We would like to start off by apologizing for your recent experience at our property. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional customer service, and in this instance, we failed to meet not only your expectations of quality service, but ours as well. We will use this incident as a way to train our staff and improve our guest approach so that this will not happen again in the future. We ensure you that this is not a standard occurrence for our hotel, and we hope to be able to make it up to you in the future.

The room itself was okay, but the walls are paper thin. The person next to us was blaring music the entire night… and we didn’t even stay on a weekend night. Front desk tried to get the guests to turn down the music, but they just turned it right back on to the loudest setting. Don’t stay here if you have an early fligh to catch. You’ll really regret it.

Business response:

Your feedback about your recent stay is greatly appreciated. We are immensely troubled that the noise issues you experienced caused your stay to be unpleasant. These are not indicative of the guest experience we strive to provide and are working tirelessly to eliminate this from reoccurring. We hope that your next visit to the area will lead you back to our property to allow you to experience first-hand the stay we aspire for all our guests.

Elevator broken, loud noises from airport constantly. House keeping never came to clean room despite asking them a few times. Breakfast was just toast and coffee and watered down waffles. With so many options in this area I would not recommend this hotel.

Arrived an hour early after having our flight canceled, tired and weary having traveled from Cairo and had to wait. Room was ready but manager was going to charge $25 for the extra hour.

Business response:

Deborah, thank you for taking the time to review your stay. We do have an early check-in policy and regularly wave the fee inside the one-hour window. Unfortunately, we were still processing our departures when you arrived, and we were outside of that timeframe. We feel terrible that this had a negative impact on your experience and would like to extend our sincerest apologies. It is our hope you will continue to consider our brand for your future travel needs.

The hotel has seen better days. It’s old unkept hotel is not where I will stay again. People were nice, but dang, it’s like a Motel 6 but that would be offensive even to their standards.

Business response:

We read you review and let me say how sorry we are that we did not live up to your expectations. We try to make every guest experience unique and enjoyable. We do appreciate the review as it helps us to provide a better guest experience going forward. Once again please accept our apologies, we hope you will return again and have a better experience.
