Noise in room was TERRIBLE due to elevator making the stay unbearable! Room on first floor they put us in was next to the elevator and EVERY TIME someone used the elevator it would make a LOUD continuous sounds that would last for more than 30 seconds. We stayed for one night thinking the elevator wouldn’t be used as much overnight but we were wrong. We didn’t get any sleep and developed a headache that lasted until we left. Bed linens were worn out. The sheets felt like sand paper n the pillows were horrible. This is huge to me whether I ever stay at the same hotel again . I would not. Location.

DISAPPOINTED, HORRIBLE WE DIDNT LIKE ANYTHING IT WAS A BIG WASTE OF MONEY. WE WILL STICK WITH COMFORT SUITES AFTER THIS EXPERIENCE. No breakfast, coffee was always cold, water for hot chocolate was also cold,, beds were uncomfortable, there was dry rotten oranges in fruit basket,apples were no good, service was horrible. I would never recommend this place to anyone. The only great experience we had was the help and assistance from from Ariel front desk gentleman.
