chaotic, the front desk was disorganized, beds were uncomfortable and the breakfast was gross The girl at the front desk were giving out keys to rooms that were already booked. People were just walking in Pool Thats about it,

Will never stay here again. Did not have the breakfast. The Hotel was old and run down. Someone had been smoking on the 3rd floor where we stayed and the whole floor smelled like smoke.

Hello Dennis, thank you for the review, I am very sorry that you were not happy. We do have breakfast each morning at our hotel. The hours are Monday-Friday 6AM-9AM and Saturday and Sunday 7AM-10AM. I am sorry someone broke the rules and smoked in the hotel, we do try to hold the people accountable for that and do deep cleaning after anyone smokes in the hotel.

Not that great. Sound proof of the room is a joke. The sink is clogged. All equipment in the gym is either broken/half broken or missing. The first room we were assigned to was right above the lobby and you can hear the clerk talking in the room with the door closed, and the room smells funny. We requested to switch the room, but the second room has a clogged sink. Close to the airport and convenient with shuttle to the airport

Worst hotel experience of my life. Everything. Our room was supposed to have two queen bedrooms instead we got a king suite. The couch had a pull out bed so we were going to make it work, but the pull out bed was broken. We pulled the sheets off the available king bed to check and there were pizza crumbs everywhere. There was pepperoni all over the room too that my dog went around eating. Walked into our room after checking in and there was a roach on the bed. Roaches on our bed and in the bathroom. I was so grossed out that I couldn’t sleep! It was convenient

Unfortunately, I do not know which room you stayed in but I can tell you that we do have Ecolab Pest Control come to the hotel twice a month to spray for pests.

Fair Only booked this specific hotel for the hot tub but it was closed. Friendly staff, convenient location

Disappointing Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Hausdame hat wohl schon länger frei, den es gab runde Ecken. Mein Sohn musste mitten in der Nacht umziehen. Nachdem er mehrere 6 Beinige Besucher hatte. Ich war schon oft in dieser Hotel kette aber sowas habe ich noch nicht erlebt. Also top Lage. Gegenüber direkt ein Steakhaus optimal zum Flughafen und zum Auto abgeben. Nettes Personal sehr bemüht,freundlich top.
