Horrible No tenían elevador me toco el 3 piso y las habitaciones tenían un olor espantoso las camas hacían mucho ruido al acostarse y el aire no enfrió lo suficiente

Thank you for your feedback. We do apologize you did not enjoy your stay. We are currently waiting on parts for the elevator that come from Germany. Unfortunately it will take a few months. We are only 3 floors so most a guest would have to walk is only 2 flights. We are always ready to help guest if they need help with any luggage. We did not get any complaints during your stay as we are always ready to fix any problem immediately.

the outing was great but our Hotel stay was awful. where do I start the first night we stayed our AC was not working they didn’t have any other room so they gave us a fan. Clerk told us we could speak to owner the next day. the next we spoke with owner about being uncomfortable and he would at least deduct something off our stay for the inconvenience he said he couldn’t cause we didn’t book directly with them. Unfortunately you began screaming and insulting the front desk and demanding your entire stay for free. We stated we would be rectifying the issue and could not allow the entire rest of your stay for free. Never again. Room was not clean. Elevator didn't work. Nothing

we expect the hotel to credit our credit card. As of today, has not. We did not stay at this hotel. we checked in and checked out after 5 minutes. The hotel was dirty and unsatisfactory.

Disappointing Bathroom was dirty and the sampoo bottles were already used.. The bed mattress was worn out. The curtains didn't close to block out the street light . Location

Very Poor The fact that the elevator has been out since who knows. No breakfast, excuse Covid. Um, all hotels are doing some form of breakfast especially if it says it on there website. Whether that be closed yogurt cups. None of my supplies was refilled when I left for the day. When I needed more towels I was informed to come get them. Again, 3rd floor no elevator. Stair wells left open which makes the 3rd floor pretty hot. The lake or water is across the street with no access. So it appears lake front or ocean front but it... read more

We are currently waiting on permits from Health Dept to reopen breakfast hopefully by end of this month. We take great pride in our property and maintenance as we are a family owned business. Better service No Wi-Fi strong and good signal and lift not working we got to use stairs before you book this hotel asked for everything Only location and Employee
