Would not stay again The communication was poor all around. The staff did not know answers to simple questions like do you have syrup to go with the waffles. Or, is there breakfast? Also the hot and cold water nozzle spins so getting a decent temperature in the shower was ridiculous to figure out. The ac unit was not working properly. We turned down and seemed to only get warmer so had to settle on 70 degrees which was too hot for me with the humidity. Disappointed with what I received for the money I paid for this hotel! The sink in our bathroom did not drain well at all, it took like 5 minutes to drain water out of it. The TV in our kids room did not work (kids: 21 & 16), they had to come into our room to watch TV. When I made the reservation I reserved 2 rooms for 2 nights for $351.96 (tax included) and when we arrived at the hotel they increased our rate to $379.08 for both rooms. Bad I asked for a quiet place because I have a child who’s autistic and has trouble sleeping.After hrs of hearing jumping,banging,sounded like bowling balls being dropped on the ground.I finally called at 2:35am to complain just to have it start up again at the crack of dawn.I’m very tired didn’t get no sleep. Disappointing Signs up to let people know your not serving breakfast cuz of corovirus. The sign you have up it's telling people breakfast will be 6-9.30 everyday. There was mold in our room in the corner by the ac unit by the roof. Put closed over the sign.
