Disappointing
Fair elevators weren’t working. Was not told until after I gave them my card to check in. I needed the room that I had ordered due to us being in a family group. Having to walk up three flights of stairs being disabled really hurt.

We are in process of mediating with our insurance company as with all claims they deny this expensive claim to fix it and have lawyers working as fast as possible to get it fixed. We do apologize you had to walk up two flights of stairs and if had been made aware of any disability we would have done anything we could to accommodate.
Bad Vending machines took our money no breakfast rude staff dirty hotel Nothing

Over price for what we had to pay. Bed was very uncomfortable, the sheet had stain on it. The bathtub was broken, stuck and water was dripping all night. The coffee pot was missing, Door slamming all night long, people up stair stepping all night long. Over price. Conveyance location.

I don’t think that I will stay there again… We had to change rooms twice when we were there the first room that we got into when we flipped the blankets back there was crumbs all over and hair sheets clearly had not been washed… And the second bed there was black marks of some sort. The second room we were in there and had the AC running for about an hour and it never cool down.… The third room was OK AC worked that was a plus beds were clean another place but the room did have a stench to it as if it was old or closed up wh... read more
