NOT AS Advertised Amenities we paid for were not present. No two bathrooms. Not two bedrooms. Suite and one bedroom in shared area. No patio. Refund was offered but no other rooms in town. They said it was booking. Com’s fault. Won’t use booking.com again A/C was cold. Water in shower was hot

Our two room family suites are two bedrooms, one king and one queen, and they have one bathroom that can be entered through either bedroom. There is no description that states we have patios or two bathrooms in the family suite. I dont know where that could have been listed. Disappointing The wifi never worked. There was a nonchalant attitude about it getting resolved. I had to go outside to use my own service. Also, everyone else has figured out breakfast...at least grab and go bags. Consider installing towel racks in the bathroom. Nice beds, clean room... if a weird smell though. Friendly front desk. Good location.

Our building is only 12 years old and over past 2 years we have completely updated with new foyer, new front desk, new carpet, furniture, paint, and pictures in all rooms. Our bathroom recently upgraded with granite countertops and shower walls, along with new tile flooring and back lit mirrors. We apologize if you had any odor smell in the bathroom. Would not stay again The communication was poor all around. The staff did not know answers to simple questions like do you have syrup to go with the waffles. Or, is there breakfast? Also the hot and cold water nozzle spins so getting a decent temperature in the shower was ridiculous to figure out. The ac unit was not working properly. We turned down and seemed to only get warmer so had to settle on 70 degrees which was too hot for me with the humidity. Disappointed with what I received for the money I paid for this hotel! The sink in our bathroom did not drain well at all, it took like 5 minutes to drain water out of it. The TV in our kids room did not work (kids: 21 & 16), they had to come into our room to watch TV. When I made the reservation I reserved 2 rooms for 2 nights for $351.96 (tax included) and when we arrived at the hotel they increased our rate to $379.08 for both rooms. Bad I asked for a quiet place because I have a child who’s autistic and has trouble sleeping.After hrs of hearing jumping,banging,sounded like bowling balls being dropped on the ground.I finally called at 2:35am to complain just to have it start up again at the crack of dawn.I’m very tired didn’t get no sleep.
