Disappointing Signs up to let people know your not serving breakfast cuz of corovirus. The sign you have up it's telling people breakfast will be 6-9.30 everyday. There was mold in our room in the corner by the ac unit by the roof. Put closed over the sign.

We are selling prepackaged items at very low cost of $1 to $3 for safety of our staff and all guests not hovering and eating over same food set out at a buffet style. The website is a joke they advertise so many things and it’s not true The carpet was wet, there was no lake view, no breakfast, and the room I booked had a separate sitting area and the one I got didn’t. Room was clean,

I did like the room the room I was really nice a lot of room Breakfast ice machine not working swimming pool can't swim was dirty up to midnight you can ask for anything like question for receives or trying to book another night it's a ladies they don't know how to work the computer and the system we got to wait till the next day The only thing I don't like about breakfast there was a little girl selling everything that was for breakfast I don't think it's fair it should be free

Not the best stay would not be going back. What I saw on their Website was nothing that we experienced. No free breakfast just prepackage food which they wanted to charge you. Charge us $25.00 per pet per day which I was told it was $20.00 up to 2 pets. The room was clean but in poor condition the bed was lumpy the shower head was missing there was construction dust in the room and the carpet was wet from the AC which was not producing very cold air. We no longer advertise any type of breakfast included in our reservations as we have decided due to COVID and now new variants coming we don’t want to put our staff or guests in any risk by serving open food buffets where hundreds of people will be touching and breathing over food items. Good location just needs elbow grease and update the breakfast or working vending machine Needs a deep cleaning. Vending machines did not work. Wifi needs improvement. Reception lady was nice. This hotel has potential. Currently it is outdated. It needs to be cleaned it has been neglected. Pool was dirty it has not been cleaned in a very long time. The ice machine was dirty. the ac unit in the room has mold all over it. There is not breakfast just a few snack items for sale and a hot of hot water.
