Avoid Horrible view, absent staff, and disgusting pool Still thinking

We are sorry to hear you did not enjoy your stay. We have staff onsite 24 hours 7 days a week who work very hard to make every guest comfortable. We have the pool cleaned every Monday and is approved by city for swimming to occur during these COVID times. Again we are sorry to hear you didn’t enjoy your stay.

Not the best stay would not be going back. What I saw on their Website was nothing that we experienced. No free breakfast just prepackage food which they wanted to charge you. Charge us $25.00 per pet per day which I was told it was $20.00 up to 2 pets. The room was clean but in poor condition the bed was lumpy the shower head was missing there was construction dust in the room and the carpet was wet from the AC which was not producing very cold air. Thank you for your feedback we are sorry to hear you did not enjoy your stay. Our Pet Policy is a charge of $25 per pet per day which is way below the average for pet fees that most hotels charge. We no longer advertise any type of breakfast included in our reservations as we have decided due to COVID and now new variants coming we don’t want to put our staff or guests in any risk by serving open food buffets where hundreds of people will be touching and breathing over food items. Good location just needs elbow grease and update the breakfast or working vending machine Needs a deep cleaning. Vending machines did not work. Wifi needs improvement. Reception lady was nice. This hotel has potential. Currently it is outdated. It needs to be cleaned it has been neglected. Pool was dirty it has not been cleaned in a very long time. The ice machine was dirty. the ac unit in the room has mold all over it. There is not breakfast just a few snack items for sale and a hot of hot water.

We also revamped the lobby with new furniture and paint. Due to COVID we are not bringing back the free breakfast buffet and will now be selling individual items such as breakfast sandwiches, cereal, yogurt, etc. we have chosen to do this for the safety of our employees and guests. We were not given the room I have paid for and the front desk didn’t do anything about it. I ended up accepting it becau The bed was very outdated and noisy every moment you’d make. The room smell like humidity and the roll out bed given to us was very uncomfortable. The location

Fair Coffee was not stocked. Bathroom lighting was waaaay too bright! Friendly staff

Disappointing Property was dingy. Urine stains still in the toilet. Would not recommend. Spend the extra money and stay at the Hilton down the street Location was great
