Decent place but not quite worth the money spent. Toilet kept running on and off. Guests were entirely too loud. Spacious and modern.

Somewhat dissapointed the way things worked put we were cramped and usually there is continental bre Prior notification so that i could have make a informed decision as too stay there we were uncomfortable for the amount we were There was no breakfast and our room was changed w/ no prior notifcation did not know until we got ther and a little uncomfortable for the amount of people we were all that was said was that they were sorrry the ice machines did not work properly a little disappointed

Thank you for your feedback. You booked a Deluxe Suite that has a king bedroom snd queen bedroom. This is the room you were assigned and given at check in. We are not serving breakfast at this time due to COVID and in your confirmation it states “no meals included with this room”. We hope to have breakfast within the next few weeks although it will not be a free buffet style breakfast but a breakfast items packaged and sold to adhere to mew Health Dept guidelines.

Won’t use it again There was no breakfast Room to small had 2 queen were 3 adults and 2 teenagers one slept on floor asked for up grade with couch said non available My daughter looked for reservation for another room and one was available would not let us book went and bought Blowup mattress Pool area not kept clean scum and dirty tiles around wall also ladder broke room had trash under chair from previous use Need receipt clerk girl said booking .com would send in email There was no breakfast Room to small had 2 queen were... read more

Thank you for your feedback. We are not serving breakfast due to COVID still and do not have anywhere online that breakfast is included in your reservation. We hope to be selling breakfast items by next month but will not bring back the free breakfast buffet to prevent spread of germs. You booked a room with 2 queen beds and our limit online for amount of people in that room is 4. Bad Food Coffee A new room. Someone to be there Someone who spoke English. Cleaner No bugs. Dont stay in room 117. Moldy mildew smell, bugs, broke TV, broken coffee pot and none in the front. No personell after 11. The owner didn't care when we tried to talk to her about these issues.

Disappointing The first room we were put in was dirty had blood on the curtain and the tub was dripping and had been for some time had rust spot in it. Second room was better, but it had a big gap between the door and the jam. Not a very clean place

Fair Too much noise in hotel sounds like ever having parties The private room

Fair Card use to hold room and payments was to be processed upon check in.. payment taking off card before making it to hotel

Thank you for your feedback. Standard hotel policy is to authorize the cards on file on the day of arrival on sold out weekends or holidays. It is past the cancellation time and it prevents rooms going unoccupied if guest does not arrive. After barely keeping our doors open with COVID many hotels have the same standard of authorizing the card on file on sold out days the day of arrival. We are always happy to switch the payment on arrival if you choose to use a different card then you had put on the reservation at booking.
