Fair They charge $25 per day for a 6# dog. That is outrageous. The charge should be per stay not each day. The pet is in the same room no matter how many days. Also, the room smelled very musty and carpet felt damp on your feet. It stunk. The ice machine didn’t work. Having ice is important in 90 degree weather. I wish we had stayed at a LaQuinta instead. Thank you for your feedback. We do feel our Pet Fee is very reasonable at $25 per pet, per day. The dog size whether it be 6lbs or 50lbs is not considered as it is for all pets. Laquinta is also now charging for pets as too much damage is being incurred in hotels from pets. Our hotel has 3 ice machines, one on each floor. Our first floor one was emptied out by a guest who had gone finishing and unfortunately it takes up to 6 hours to freeze and refill due to the size of the machine. Bad On Friday we went out was gone only 30mins hotel called me told me that I needed to come back to get my dog's cus they was darking and said we was gone 2 hours and we wasn't so she told me to come back and needed to get back within 20mins or they was going to take my dog's and I was there within 15mins before I got back they had already designed to kick us out so they went in our room threw my belongs in trash bags the lady told me that they already took my belongs out and for me to just go get my dog's so went to the ro... read more

Upon check in the guest did not report she had any pets therefore did not pay the pet fee. On Saturday we had numerous rooms complain to the front desk that there was constant barking coming from that room. One guest was so upset they did check out. We repeatedly tried calling and texting the guest for 3 hours with no response. During this time the barking never stopped and we had to move two guests to different rooms so they would be more comfortable. I wouldn’t stay here again, though the staff was great. The walls in this hotel are paper thin. We were woken up with phone calls by the guest beneath us blaming us for stomping and jumping on the bed. Um, not us. We could hear kids from down the hall clearly. The bathroom was rusted and the shower head didn’t turn off or fully on. It was dirty under the sink and we could feel crumbs on the damp floor. Hey, at least the sheets were clean. Fair The room stunk! It was noisy all night. I get its a vacation spot but super noisy all night. I will not go back.
One night was all I could do in that hotel. The shower head in the bathroom was old and crusty. The bed felt like it was about to fold in while laying on it. I like the location of the hotel

Fair I specifically asked booking.com for hotels with breakfast included so when I arrive and check in I was told that they didn't have breakfast. Very frustrating

Thank you for your feedback. We have had many people confused by this but on all confirmations sent out you will see clearly written “There are no meal options included with this room”. We will be bringing back breakfast items soon that will be sold instead of a free buffet to avoid crowds of people touching and breathing over open air food to make everyone feel comfortable. Underwhelmed and will not stay here again. Limited parking. Elevator broke during the weekend. Stairs were cumbersome. Had to make several trips down stairs to vehicle with luggage. Not all that clean. No breakfast. Location near our activities.

Thank you for your feedback. We do not advertise we offer breakfast on any site and in your confirmation sent at booking it states “ no meal options included in this reservation “. We unfortunately have not brought back breakfast yet due to COVID and are planning a new breakfast for the near future. We will be selling breakfast items instead of a buffet style to avoid crowds of people breathing and touching food items set out. Many hotels are switching to this option due to the new requirements from County Health Dept.
