Old but Nice It's an older hotel, and it shows. They need to make updates and improvements all the way around. Rooms, downstairs/lobby, pool, pool area. We stayed in a family suite. It was very spacious and worked out great for us.

Unfortunately housekeeping didn't go into your room as you had your Do Not Disturb sign up until late afternoon and when housekeeping did try to knock before they finished for the day you told them you were not ready for them to come into the room. Once housekeeping is done for the day we can not hold them here not knowing when or if you will ask for cleaning. Poor Everything. The hotel smells bad not very clean. I will never go back there ago. The pictured portrayed something that is was not. Nothing.

It was ok but not worth the amount that I paid. There is only one elevator for the entire facility. The housekeeping did not clean our room not one time while we were out. We did not have enough towels and they did not provide us with bags for our dirty clothes. The area the hotel is located in was great

Thank you for your feedback. We are happy you enjoyed our location. Housekeeping cleans all rooms daily unless there is a Do Not Disturb sign on the door or you had a pet not crated inside room. We only have one elevator as we are small hotel of only 56 rooms snd there is only 2 floors to go to. All rooms have dirty laundry bags hanging inside closets. Thank you for your feedback. All our mattresses are new pillow top Serta mattresses. We understand some people prefer a harder mattress. We are 100% smoke free and unfortunately during Spring Break there are people who break that rule which we take seriously. We charge $250 smoking fee.
