Not good Didn't know until I got there that was a charge per day for having a tiny dog. None was provided

Thank you for your feedback. We charge a very low and reasonable pet fee of $25 a day and are one of the only hotels in the area that do allow pets. The other hotel requires a $150 non refundable deposit and $50 pet fee per day. On the Booking website it states pets are welcome and fees apply. A dogs size and weight whether it be small or big dog is the same price fee. This is used to pay our housekeepers to do extra cleaning in rooms that have pets. We feel we are very reasonable in the fee.

Not happy at all NO Breakfast even thought website said there was, Had to pay more once we got to Hotel, to accomate the people we had, even though it was on the reservation. Pool was Nasty

We do not advertise we offer breakfast on any site and in your confirmation sent at booking it states “ no meal options included in this reservation “. The limit of people allowed in the family suite is 5 people and you had 9 people. That is too many guests to be in one room. One of the worst hotel stays of my life. No breakfast. Claimed due to covid but not even a take out bags or 24 hour coffee. Few packets in room and that was it. We checked in and once upstairs room was still dirty. Had to sit In hallway because we had already hauled all of our stuff upstairs. about hour before room was ready. Staff didn’t seem to care. We are not currently serving breakfast and it is still due to COVID which is why we had to stop serving in the first place. We do not advertise anywhere that any meals or breakfast are included in your reservation. We do not offer grab and go bags as you still have to have Health Dept permits to even hand those out. Fair We were given a room with a broken pull out couch bed with a sign that said under the cushion "not a bed, do not pull". We have a family of 6 and paid for that bed. We had to ask for a cot and due to short staffing issues it took a couple hours to get the cot and my husband had to go downstairs to get it himself. Poor guy at the front said he was the only one working and couldn't being it to us. The wifi sucks and did not work at all. We didnt even stay the second night even though we paid for it. The room you booked is a 2 room family suite that includes a King Bed and a Queen bed separated by french doors. There is not a sofa bed included in that room. We do not advertise anywhere online that a sofa bed is included in the family suite. So their was not a broken sofa bed there is no sofa bed included. Decent place but not quite worth the money spent. Toilet kept running on and off. Guests were entirely too loud. Spacious and modern.

Somewhat dissapointed the way things worked put we were cramped and usually there is continental bre Prior notification so that i could have make a informed decision as too stay there we were uncomfortable for the amount we were There was no breakfast and our room was changed w/ no prior notifcation did not know until we got ther and a little uncomfortable for the amount of people we were all that was said was that they were sorrry the ice machines did not work properly a little disappointed

Thank you for your feedback. You booked a Deluxe Suite that has a king bedroom snd queen bedroom. This is the room you were assigned and given at check in. We are not serving breakfast at this time due to COVID and in your confirmation it states “no meals included with this room”. We hope to have breakfast within the next few weeks although it will not be a free buffet style breakfast but a breakfast items packaged and sold to adhere to mew Health Dept guidelines.
