It was ok but not worth the amount that I paid. There is only one elevator for the entire facility. The housekeeping did not clean our room not one time while we were out. We did not have enough towels and they did not provide us with bags for our dirty clothes. The area the hotel is located in was great

Thank you for your feedback. We are happy you enjoyed our location. Housekeeping cleans all rooms daily unless there is a Do Not Disturb sign on the door or you had a pet not crated inside room. We only have one elevator as we are small hotel of only 56 rooms snd there is only 2 floors to go to. All rooms have dirty laundry bags hanging inside closets. Thank you for your feedback. All our mattresses are new pillow top Serta mattresses. We understand some people prefer a harder mattress. We are 100% smoke free and unfortunately during Spring Break there are people who break that rule which we take seriously. We charge $250 smoking fee. Fair Our toilet clogged and shower was dripping water all night. Water kept running after you turned it off. Friendly staff. Short drive to the Kemah Boardwalk.

Could use some work The staff is great but for the price not really worth it. The walls, blankets, curtains and etc we're either dirty or broken. The staff was really nice
