Poor No breakfast. Rude staff. Expensive stay. Pool was ok but dirty.
Bad Food Coffee A new room. Someone to be there Someone who spoke English. Cleaner No bugs. Dont stay in room 117. Moldy mildew smell, bugs, broke TV, broken coffee pot and none in the front. No personell after 11. The owner didn't care when we tried to talk to her about these issues.
Disappointing The first room we were put in was dirty had blood on the curtain and the tub was dripping and had been for some time had rust spot in it. Second room was better, but it had a big gap between the door and the jam. Not a very clean place

Fair Card use to hold room and payments was to be processed upon check in.. payment taking off card before making it to hotel

Thank you for your feedback. Standard hotel policy is to authorize the cards on file on the day of arrival on sold out weekends or holidays. It is past the cancellation time and it prevents rooms going unoccupied if guest does not arrive. After barely keeping our doors open with COVID many hotels have the same standard of authorizing the card on file on sold out days the day of arrival. We are always happy to switch the payment on arrival if you choose to use a different card then you had put on the reservation at booking.

Old but Nice It's an older hotel, and it shows. They need to make updates and improvements all the way around. Rooms, downstairs/lobby, pool, pool area. We stayed in a family suite. It was very spacious and worked out great for us.

Unfortunately housekeeping didn't go into your room as you had your Do Not Disturb sign up until late afternoon and when housekeeping did try to knock before they finished for the day you told them you were not ready for them to come into the room. Once housekeeping is done for the day we can not hold them here not knowing when or if you will ask for cleaning. We are always happy to provide any extra towels or amenities needed but housekeeping tried numerous times to clean your room. We have a st... read more
Poor Everything. The hotel smells bad not very clean. I will never go back there ago. The pictured portrayed something that is was not. Nothing.
