it was nice to have a place to sleep with my pets in the room the room was nothing more than a place for people to have a meeting place if you know what i mean. what breakfast?

Thank you for your feedback. We are not currently serving breakfast due to COVID. We, like many hotels, have had to slash rates so tremendously in order to just survive the pandemic that serving a free breakfast is something the hotel simply could not afford at this time. Along with enormous fees that have to be paid to Health Dept to run it. We do not advertise any free breakfast included in rates. Good for a one night stay. Hotel wasn't that clean, there was a roach in our room. Receptionist didn't wear a facemask even though the hotel requires everyone to wear one upon entering the property. Very disappointing. Convince of the location and affordable price.

Thank you for your feedback and we are happy to know you enjoyed our location and competitive pricing. We did not receive any complaints from you during your stay. We understand you were upset about paying a pet fee but it is a very minimal fee of $20 a day and it is listed on our website and all 3rd parties. We are one of only a very few who accept pets in the area and charge the smallest fee of all the hotels. We need to pay housekeeping extra to clean rooms with pets to make sure they are highly sanitized and clean.

Bad I was charged for taking a hair dryer that I didn’t take. Not a professional establishment for that mistake to be made. Tried to speak with the manager but it didn’t make a difference. If you stay I’d recommend checking what’s in the room and taking pictures. The bathtub was also dripping the entire stay. I was not impressed by the stay.

Thank you for your feedback. At every checkout our housekeeping team has a check off list for each item in the room and each item is marked off on each individual room as they are cleaned. If anything is missing it is marked and then the Head Housekeeper verifies any missing items and signs off on the form. Then the Manager is 3rd person you check the room and missing item. Worst experience ever This was my families first trip since the pandemic and we were so looking forward to a relaxing birthday getaway. It started out as anything but relaxing... the harassment started prior to even arriving and that should have been my first clue. I advised them when I booked the trip and every. Single. Time. They called (4x total prior to arrival) that we were still coming and our approx arrival time due to traveling from austin. Unfortunately this guests statements are false. The guest checked in this past weekend as Hurricane Delta was approaching. We had many desperate families calling our hotel and all in the area looking for rooms to evacuate. We realized we may have guests who previously booked not be able to show due to the weather or maybe had changed their mind about their stay so we called all arrivals for the weekend to ensure they would still be able to make it. Not pleasant Pretty much everything. Didn't specify on website as being "pet friendly". It was very noisy. My 1st and last time staying. Close to Kemah Boardwalk
