Disappointed We checked in , went to our room but the room next to us was practicing what sounded like a base guitar. We waited an hour hoping they would stop , it didn’t. Called front desk complained about noise and Tracy did help us change rooms. Then one of the beds did not have a comforter, it was only covered by aThin sheet. The carpet was dirty. Disappointing Bedding was worn out, room smelled of mildew, shower head and faucet leaked badly Location
Bad I didn’t like that the employees weren’t helpful and refused to serve us breakfast even though we were in line well before 9. She didn’t wear gloves when handling food. Our room had black mold in all in the bathroom and the shower was still dirty. The room above us was so noisy and stomping through their room all hours of the night that we were unable to sleep. Not again Room not clean. Lobby and elevator areas not clean. Strange smell. Location
Disappointing
Would not stay here again. Cleanliness of hotel lobby, elevator and room. Toilet paper holder broken. Lamp didn’t work. Curtains torn. Location was close to ball field.

Wedding nightmare They had stains on the towels hanging up, ac didn't work well, it was my wedding and my rooms were on separate floors. The shower in the maid of honors room was broken, their ac didn't cool either. My sisters room was dirty upon arrival, it had feces in the toilet and pubic hair on the toilet. Then they gave her a different room but was smaller. The list goes on. Tracy was a good lady
