When we discovered the room wasn’t up to expectation, we went and talked to front desk and they kindly gave us another r The room we booked was a single king and it was GROSS. The room smelled like cigarettes. Looked nothing like pictures. The location was nice and staff were pleasant

Size of room good, but room need updates or something. disappointed 3rd floor suite, very disappointed. Not renovated like our previous first floor room. Bathroom door would not close, bath fan was unplugged and appeared to not be working. Closet door did not close. Worst experience I stayed with my family of 5 They cleaned the room once in 7 days, and we kept complaining to the front desk day and night managers, also cleaning staff. But no one bothered to clean the room. Everyone asked me what your room number was. Every time they wrote on the paper. Even a couple of times, we left room early so they could clean the room. There was a boy (about 14??) that met me at my car making me think he was a valet and asked to carry my luggage...i said no thank you....he walked in the hotel and stood at the desk while I checked in....now, knowing my room number because the desk clerk said it out loud. and then he asked again to take my luggage to my room..again...no thank you...thus him riding up the elevator up with me....a bit un-nerving that the hotel would allow ... read more

Fuck this place The staff planted parafanalia in our room and tried to say we were smoking in the room. Then they tried to charge my card 7 times for a total of almost 700 dollars. The rooms and the hotel as a whole stunk. Like smelled of mildew. It was outdated and gross. Staff was awful. Couldn't even give me all of my change and forced me to buy concessions so they didn't have to figure it out. Nothing
