Much inferior to other La Quintas. TV mostly didn't work, even after night Mgr came to our room! A client said he'd been bitten by a bed bug as he left lobby. Rust stains around bath faucet, house-keeping was supposed to come every other day. In one week, cleaned twice!! Good location, breakfast fair.

Fair The room was hot, no coffee pot or cups. The man who checked us in was great.

Rude staff. Dirty rooms. Breakfast was not good. Coffee was cold. Everything. Nothing.

It was ok....I really expected BETTER Finding the actual hotel (NO light up sign pointing you into the location/parking lot-both entrances/exits), it was HOT in hallways & elevator. I got a nonsmoking room (as asked) But the desk chair had a cigarette burn in it. When I got there to check in, no one was at the front desk, there was a hand written sign saying (will return in 5mins). My suggestion either allow SELF CHECK IN and have key ready OR hire more staff (frustrating when driving 4hrs to my destination and still can't g... read more

Bad the shower room floor tile was ripped. Window was broken the rain was coming in.

Needs repairs. TV in the room had to have two remotes to turn on and run, would not turn off. Alarm clock did not work. Bath tub looked like a rusted 55 chevy.

Terrible Clean room. Non-working phone. Quirky TV. The room was filthy, had a non-working phone and a TV that had audible commentary ( like closed caption but out loud). The staff wasn't helpful. NEVER AGAIN!
