Very Poor Hotel cleanliness, cart availability, rooms are not clean, bed is hard, and blinds are broken. Restroom not clean. Accessible to nearest places

Fair Worn down, no drain plug led to a fetid smell when water was running. General chipping of pain, bathtub and baseboards Comfy and clean bed

Old hotel, not impressive It is an old seeming hotel. Only one small elevator. There was some stains on the sheets of one of our beds. Not a lot of tv options. The only bonus is was it wasn’t crazy expensive. But still think overpriced for what we experienced. It was close to where we needed to be for a wedding

It's what to expect from a budget hotel flat pillows, smelly hallway, unfortunately I killed a roach that crawled on my arm while I was in the bed, hate the remote control that came with their cheap flat screen Good location, friendly staff, free simple breakfast

Won’t be staying here again!!! TV is outdated. Place is old and needs to be updated. Overcharged me for my pet. Had to ask them to remove the charge. Asked for towels at front desk and was told they were washing and they would bring up. They never did!!! Breakfast was good. Room was clean.

Disgusting. We opened the room to our hotel to be met with roaches. Not just one but multiple. Enough to leave the room, get the person at the front desk, come back to the room and show him more. Live and dead roaches. Carpet was musty. Air was thick. The absolute worst experience after a long day. Booking.com is an absolute JOKE to work with about getting a refund. Sometime that should take a few days took a month. I will never waste time or money with either of these companies again. Nothing.

Peeling tub Bleach had been spilled up and down the halls, so carpet had white spots all over. The room we were given was not clean. #418 ,food left in the icebox, Dusty, lamp was rusty, tub was peeling like it had been painted with rusty drain. I asked for another room . It was better, but still some peeling in the tub. Dirty around the elevator doors and tile in bad shape. Stuffed up trim around the doors of the elevator on both floor Beds were comfortable, room was nice size
