After checking in we were given our room key. I opened the door only to find that ALL our bathroom towels were just tossed on the floor in a pile next to the bathroom door. The floor had not been vacuumed because several tater tots were laying underneath the room table and next to the bed. The air conditioner would not turn off or lowered down. We arrived at the hotel to check in only to find that our rooms had been canceled. This was particularly upsetting as we had previously called and spoken with an employee to explain our flight delay due to weather, and they confirmed our rooms would be held. Despite this assurance, our booking was canceled upon arrival. The hotel staff offered no help, told us we would have to rebook at a significantly higher price, and simply directed us to look at other hotels on their computer.

In need of repairs. All doors squeaked so loudly we coulsnt uae thr batheoom witbout waking everyone up. Door handle on interior of room door fell off in our hand. No one wanted to use the shower, it looked old and the grout was black. Won't stay here again.
