Shower was covered in mold. Bed was horrible. Mattress didn’t go with box spring and was hanging off it. Room was dirty.

Staff was great. The hotel is very dingy and in dire need of Reno action. From elevators to bathrooms.

The room they gave us smelled of cigarettes in the bed was going downhill, so we requested another room. Bed was better room still smelled none of the plug-ins in the bathroom worked. But the worst thing is they charged a $75 incident fee and they claim they refunded it even sent me an email saying they did but my credit card company says this is not true and my credit card company is now. Appealing the charge and trying to get my money back.! Also the pool was not heated, and was too cold to get in

Room was pretty dirty. The walls and sides of furniture looked like spaghetti sauce was splashed on them. The room door was very dirty and in desperate need of paint. The comforter had blood stains on it but the sheets and bed its self were clean and stain free. Bathroom was also clean but very beat up. Seemed like they only cleaned surfaces where you would be touching or setting things, and nothing else. Would just pay more for somewhere else next time if I need to stay near the airport.

room was of older construction that showed many signs of shabby repairs. That being said the beds were good and accommodations were useable. good location and access to airport. breakfast quite bad.......don't count on it for a nutritious meal!

Hotel shuttle closed even before my flight was letting us off the airplane! Hotel counter was less than helpful when I called to find out safe alternatives to get to the hotel. Entering elevator out of hotel lobby will tell you the whole story of the condition of this hotel.

The room had an odor, there were towels on the floor in the bathroom and no washcloth. The bathroom shower really needs to be redone, too much mold. With this hotel being so close to the airport there are a lot of travelers. With a lot of travelers you want to keep the property and rooms in pristine condition so they will want to come back. Airport shuttle was hard to locate and took 40 mins to arrive. Driver was ok but reception staff had limited knowledge of local area and there was no hot food available to purchase near the hotel. The man did not seem interested in helping. Hotel ac in our room was very noisy and everything looked worn, the door frames and door were chipped and battered and didn’t feel secure.
