Fuero muy inrrepetuoso conmigo y mi esposa paul y la sra del tramporte no quiso llevarno al aeropuerto porque teniamos una silla de rueda

Dated property,walls very thin , musty room,dirty bathroom , towels were not clean, breakfast sub par.

Dirty The hotel was super dirty. The hotel and rooms carpets and rooms as well. Please hotels.com stop putting fake pics on the internet. I feel like we been lied to. Bathroom didnt even have soap. And little to barely hot water. Please post real pictures. Dont put fake ones. I been using you guys for everything so i dont want to stop.

Voy por un viaje a Orlando llego al hotel 2:23 voy al mostradoer y hablo con el muchacho que esta alli y le digo puedo hacer check in me dice early check in son 30.00 dolares le digo ok espero. 2:44 M llega un mensaje de text que mi reservacion fue cancelada voy al mostrador nuevamente pregunto el motivo me dije con una actititud muy poco profecional que el no me puede explicar el por que fue cancelada. Terrible mattress and pillows. Very old and many stains. It’s a shame but the manager and staff were great. The room was modern but the mattress was terrible and didn’t get any sleep

We arrived at the airport late. We had to uber over from the airport which was expected as the shuttle only operates between 5am and 9pm. The front desk staff was very nice and welcoming even at the late hour. The room was very out dated and the bed sheets had stains on them. We did not want to get under the covers. We tried to take showers however the water temperature never got hot. I wouldn't want to stay longer than one night.
