There was no hot water i several rooms of my party. My uncles television did not work, their maintenance man also runs the shuttle serviceso hewaa unavailable and the staff was rude and did not accommodate. You had to struggle with the key card to even get into the room. The in which they advertise was "under construction " yet there wasn't any construction being done. They claim to have been full to capacity, yet there were several rooms with the doors ajar with stripped beds..the real issue was that they only had one elder... read more

We arrived at the airport and the hotel would not come get us. Our flight was delayed and so they stopped shuttles at 9:00 we arrived in Orlando at 9:05 and they refused to come get us. When we got to the hotel the computers were down so nobody could check in. We were advised to walk to nearby restaurant which consisted of walking across two major highways to get to the restaurant. Asked for and agreed on shuttle aervice but ended up waiting 1,5 hours before having to take a cab as I got a voicemail calling the front desk

Don’t book The hotel is plagued by multiple issues and is in a state of severe disrepair. To begin with, the shower is malfunctioning—water fails to drain properly, creating an unpleasant and unhygienic experience. Additionally, the bathroom door lacks a lock, meaning that anyone can open it while you’re inside, compromising privacy and safety. The hotel seemed understaffed this weekend. Front desk was very friendly and helpful. When we arrived we were told the pool was closed for renovations but were able to use the pool at the adjacent property. The lobby area was clean and well kept but the hallway to the room was very dim lighting, dated carpet walls etc. the room was a mix of newly renovated and dated. I am usually a person who finds positives in every situation. However, my children and I felt unsafe in this room due to the visibility of light shining into the room due to lack of proper door infrastructure, the carpet floor reaked of urine, there was grime on the bathroom wooden swinging doors, and when we checked in we were informed that they actually don’t start shuttle service until 5 am, contrary to why I chose this hotel in the first place. Unpleasant stay I stayed at this hotel on Thursday night for a business trip, and unfortunately, my experience was not up to expectations. The room had a strong, unpleasant odor, likely due to plumbing issues, which made my stay uncomfortable.
