The property manager was very unprofessional to a middle eastern family, threatening to kick the family out if they didnt go to their room and be quiet even though they had a complaint.

This property needs repair. Broken areas include the elevator, pool, bathrooms. No hot water over the two days we were there. The staff were so nice but the hotel is a mess.

I had a great time in Orlando but I will never stay at this property again. It took three times of going to the front desk to get the right room because I was given the wrong room. The pool did not work and was a major decision of picking this hotel. The elevator went out right after we arrived and the note was only put on the first floor. The bathroom was very dirty. Permanent red smudges in the tub. Walls of the tub were dirty. The sink was gross. Really needs to be deep cleaned

Shower leaked, very noisy and I was charged for 3 nights while I only stayed two and I'm still fighting it. Never again. Youjust lost a loyal customer of over 10 years.

You should give clear directions on where to find the shuttle at the airport.I did not realize I needed to call for the shuttle. When I did call, the first number was out of order. I did find a 2nd #. I ended up waiting There was no cold water in the shower and I was concerned I’d be scalded. The pool was closed for maintenance and that was a bummer.

I was switch too three different rooms in the firs their was trash and stains on the bed. In the second room there was hair and chips on the bed and in the third room there was dry blood on the sheets. On top of that they did not want to give us our money back
