Broken phone, microwave, refrigerator, electric outlet in bathroom.

There wasn’t any soap in my room.i really don’t like that they can not shuttle you to terminal c. I hired a taxi for$25

Not so great This place is a dump. It's clean enough, but it has not been maintained. The elevator feels like it's going to fall between the 4th and 5th floors.

Certain member of staff were exceptional helpful, the breakfast was okay. The house keeping and room attending was not good at all, my room wasnt clean for the whole 4 days of my stay. I had to ask reception for towels and coffee because house keeping had not refilled the coffee station. The transport from the airport to the hotel was absolutely awful, I was informed that the transport would pick me up from a particular terminal, Its was quite frustrating and stressful.

The first room we were given had a huge gap in the doorframe and you could see into the hall with the door completely shut. The door frame appeared to have been pried open. We were moved to a second room that was very worn looking, moldy bath tub and blood on the towels. The staff was friendly but this property is in a huge need of improvement. You can also hear every sound from the hallway.

45 min wait for the shuttle, after calling 50 mins in advance. Called 50 mins in advance, called at airport and called again after 45 mins waiting. The guy on the phone was snarky and condescending. Hot tub was out of order. Elevator was very jarring. The shower water temp was luke warm at best. Breakfast, which ends at 9am, was pretty empty by 830am and not replenished.

The hotel looks old and my room the bathroom tub was leaking all night, and cero parking space limited and you have to pay $15 per night
