Ac was leaking , and made the room smell like swamp and mold, and minimal hot water , just barely warm.

I was disappointed that the spa did not work. The hotel is close to the airport and it advertised an airport shuttle but it says running at 5:00 AM and our flight leaves at 6:00 AM so we have to get an Uber.

When I landed I attempted to call the hotel to arrange my transportation and was unable to get through after multiple attempts over a 15 min span before I called the customer care line. They eventually transferred me and the woman who answered the line had a hostile tone, and was slightly rude and then put me back on hold for 10 min and was more frustrated. Hotel on the inside is nothing like the pictures shown on the website. The moment you enter the hotel you can see how badly it needs an upgrade. The room smelled bad, was dirty, mold on the upper wall. Mattresses falling apart. The AC unit was loud etc.

No good good places to walk a dog
The room was decent and the staff was polite, but overall the experience was disappointing. The gym was by far the worst part — dirty, missing equipment, and nothing like the photos advertised. There weren’t even any reviews available to set expectations. The bathroom wasn’t well stocked with soap, and the overall cleanliness could have been much better. Not the best option for business travelers.
