The staff was rude and the room was clean enough, but the pull out bed mattress was very dirty. I would never come back to the hotel.

Room smelled bad, beds were not queen but full size beds, tub was dirty, all room doors were dirty and looked beat up, shuttle wasn’t available for us for pick up from the airport.

Needs attention! The trash was not emptied from the room! No hot water in the morning called the front desk they said they would look into it. Still no hot water!! The towels were old torn and straggled. Door to room was difficult to open latch stuck!

Not recommend This facility is run down, the elevator shook like it was breaking down. We had a mini bar of soap to share between shower and sink. The shower dripped all night the tub was dirty. Staff were great!

Our room was very “damp”, mold & dirty all over windows. Bathroom was disgusting. Mold around base of tub, dirt, hair and mold in corner and behind toilet. We had one bath towel. Called front desk twice, never received towels. Elevator broken & the one that is working sounds like it’s on its last leg.

The main elevator was broken, so I had to walk even farther with 2 big bags. The halls were filthy and the buttons in the working elevator as well as the walls around it were disgusting. It was the cheapest and now I see why, but never again. I was only staying overnight and felt I didn't need to spend as much money as the other hotels but I was wrong.
