Fair A nuestra llegada la recepcionista no está capacitada para atención al cliente. No es multi-idioma. Muestra poca empatía para contestar preguntas básicas. No realizaron limpieza del cuarto aún cuando estuvo desde temprano vacía la habitación. La ubicación y la facilidad para conectar con las diferentes zonas de la ciudad.
unsatisfactory. Room was falling apart. Fire alarm was literally hanging off the wall by the wires, toilet leaks the blue dye toilet cleaners all over the floor which got on some of my clothes. Paint and fit/finish was very lackluster. Wifi was slow. There was a bug in one of the sheets when we first got there. The grounds (external) were unkept. Not what I expected One member of the staff was a bit rude, the "included breakfast" is lame, I understand that due to covid restrictions you can't display a full hot breakfast but come on, is coffee and muffins the only thing you can do? also I chose this hotel since it included shuttle bus from airport to the hotel and back. Very Poor I had trash in my ice bucket when I arrived. My toilet paper looked like it had been soaking in water. My refrigerator didn’t work to keep anything cold. The dead bolt doesn’t work and towels weren’t fresh. The lady at check in was rude too. I’ve stayed here before and this is by far my worst experience
Bien pero no al 100 Sabanas sucias, madera suelta de la puerta principal, las lámparas no tenían focos tenían los cables pelones, el toile sucio y la Televicion no funcionaba y lo último con la persona q hablamos para decirle del cuarto muy amable pero la q fue a ver el cuarto muy grosera q nos apuró a salir del cuarto Lo rápido q resolvieron el problema
Good La alfombra de los pasillos estaba sucia, los cuartos se veian bien, el desayuno muuy escaso, lo que más me desagrado es que ofrecen servicio de transporte al aeropuerto y al solicitarlo en la tarde como 7:00 pm nos informaron que solo había servicio de 7:00 am a 4:00 pm, al día siguiente que necesitamos el servicio a las 8:00 am nos dijeron que el servicio solo era por la tarde, total que en ambos casos tuvimos que pagar taxi. La ubicación y las camas bien.
