Couod have been better. everything else… room was not clean. felt like they just did the bare minimum. I had to even wipe the toilet seat before I could sit down. very run down staff was extremely nice and polite

Hire housekeeping. Hallways were dirty, we had a plumbing issue in one of the rooms and another room had roaches. They switched them to different rooms.was very inconvenient. The staff was friendly.

Bad I liked how any and all messages to this hotel are ignored and even though you canceled your reservation 5 minutes after booking they still charge your card and ask you to review them. 🤔

stay here if you run out of options. staff is useless and condescending. property advices executive king room with a sleeper sofa which has a poor quality very thin sprung out pad and no bedding (no blankets, no pillows, no covers, nothing!) Lady at the counter is totally helpless and one of us had to sleep with clothes on and covered with coats. unacceptable! I requested assistance. nothing. I requested a compensation. nothing! Avoid if you can.
