Exhausting. We will not stay there next time. We didn’t know it was under construction and the noise made it impossible for us to leave our dogs alone in the room. We were in town for doctor appts so we had to take turns staying in the car with the dogs. I never would have booked if I had been notified. Large room and location

空港にシャトルバスが来ないホテル 工事中のやかましい部屋であった。そういうことは事前に記入すべき。また、空港から近いにもかかわらずシャトルバスが来ない95分も待った。信じられない。定期運行すべきだろう。もう2度と利用しない。

Very Poor The front desk was rude. Desiree didn't greet you. She acted like I was an inconvenience. I tried telling the Hispanic lady that worked the front desk in the morning on Saturdays. She basically said they don't have a manager and deal with it. The pool

Nice staff but low quality of cleanliness and outdated hotel Cleanliness. Rooms were very outdated and there was tons of dust, stains, old cat food kibble underneath drawers and side of the bed, old chewed up gum on night stand lamp, dirty used towel hanging inside of shower & the pool was not ready to be used due to water looking murky and the strong Odor of bleach. It was somewhat close to downtown

As I noted earlier, the room had the basics for an overnight to the airport along with a shuttle. The young ladies at the front desk although nice when interrupted, were much more focused on eating their snacks. Not attentive or engaging. The pillows were crunchy feathers, the bed was lumpy, the shower was dirty and it looks like the bathroom flooded at some point as there is rot along the baseboards and the bottom of the door. It had a bed, a toilet and a shuttle to the airport

No impressed at all. There was a used sex toy left in out room next to the bed a dresser as well as some marijuana on the floor by the nightstand and the bathtub has hair in it. Breakfast was good.
