Muy mal servicio a cliente . El personal no fue nada amable, parecía que les molestaba atender a.la gente. Pedimos que nos limpien el cuarto y no lo hicieron. Las camas son muy chicas. El transfer hotel aeropuerto es solo de 9am a 9pm La ubicación está perfecta y el desayuno es bueno. En general esta limpio.

Hotel itself was very nice Being next to an airport you would think the shuttle from the hotel to the airport would start sooner than 9 am. We had to get to the airport by 6:30 am and had to call a cab which was another $16.00. All the other airport hotels we've stayed in began by at least 6 am. They should say the time the shuttle starts on their website. I would have used another hotel Bed was comfy. Left too early to get the breakfast

the location and lobby were nice. the rooms not so much. the beds were very uncomfortable it was clean with security
