I will never return to this location. Roaches in my room, the whole place was disgustingly DIRTY, no staff anywhere cleaning or ready to help. There was a pube on the toilet seat right when I walked in...Rude front desk staff (they were probably agitated that it was 90 degrees in the lobby) Breakfast was good but the air conditioning was broken in the area or something. It must have been 90 degrees in the eating area/lobby, making the one good thing (the decent buffet), still an uncomfortable experience.

Book at your own risk, you may or may not get the room you booked so be ware. We booked 2 queen beds deluxe room 3 days in advance, when they arrived they said they overbooked and gave our room away. We called ahead to let them know our arrival time and no one mentioned that they gave our room away. My daughter and I shared a bed while my husband slept on the roll away cot they brought in. They offered a $15 credit, what an insult, my husband insisted on getting at least $25 for having to sleep on a rollaway bed so they gave... read more

Stay here only if you need to be close to the airport. The property is very run down, needs a major upgrade, probably why the price is so affordable. I saw several bugs in the room in the morning , not sure what kind but unsettling. The air conditioning was broke in lobby areas which the staff said had been broken for days! It got the job done, but it wasn’t the very comfy or safest feeling hotel I’ve stayed at before. The hotel was a bit hot in the halls and elevator, the beds were pretty hard and pillows were not soft either. I was a bit put off by the fact that the room next to us had a banged up door that looked like someone had tried to break into that room… so I did not feel very safe there. Would not waste time here ever again. Horrible breakfast, and no ac at the breakfast area. cleaning staff didn’t bother coming to the room to help clean and just handed me the trash bags and new towels and requested me to pick up my trash and used towels and hand it. Room next to mine had people smoking and the smell went throughout my entire room the whole night. location wasn’t bad and got a room change due to the ac not working. upgraded room.

Disappointing Lobby AC was out on a 100 degree day. Room and hallway cleanliness was not as good as expected. Hotel appeared to be under renovation. The bed was nice
