Fair The ac did not work in the room nor did the telephone. There was not a floor mat fir bathing and the exhaust vents do not work in any room. The floors were filthy soon entering and remained so the data I was there. Starting in the lobby all the way to rooms. They were unable to put je in another room until the next day so I spent one night in a hot room with no air! Worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Location only

Pleasant Unfriendly employee when I checked in. Iron was broke and no wifi the entire time. They did not even have an ETA on when it would be back up. I should have been told this when I checked in but had to call about tv not showing anything. Clean and great breakfast
Not pleased with accommodations on my mom's behalf. Had booked handicap accessible and 2 queens as my husband and I were traveling with my 88 y/o mother. Room was on 3rd floor with a king and a sleeper sofa. Mom had to sleep on the sofa. My husband had to go down to desk to get shower chair and linens. There was a wet towel hanging on the back of the door and the floor was not clean. The couch had stains all over the cushions.The floors in the hallways were not clean. We stayed 6 days. So we saw a lot and experienced a lot. We wanted to find a hotel we could stay reg Staff at front desk need to have professional manners. They seem very inexperienced. Our room when it was refreshed did not get the sink washed, the in room coffee machine had mold in it the shower curtain had mold. They would not leave toilet paper nor cups. They left the dirty towels on the floor. Needs a lot of work in your personnel.
Pleasant Arrive to the property at 12:45 am prior calling to let then know that I was having a/c problem Talk with the staff on duty on July 7th to see if I could change my arrive time . Spoke with Belinda and stated that it was ok she would make the necessary changes upon arrive the gentleman at the desk had to make a call to her in order for me get check in I paid 80.00 cash went to my room at 2.00am at 11.00am the maid is stating she need to clean the room I informed her that we just check in at 12:45 am went to visit fam... read more
Excellent Being by the Pool. The Door SLAMMING all day late at night and Early in the morning!! It was very disturbing!! My husband is a Vet and the hotel wouldn’t honor a discount because we booked threw Booking.con and they didn’t ask if he was a Vet.
