Disappointing Trash can was dirty

aweful, dirty, loud will not use booking. com again dirty room, carpet, and pubic hair left on toilet nothing

anonymous I was not given the room that I reserved. I was not informed, before payment, that I was receiving a downgrade. I immediately went down to speak to management. Management states that it is booking.coms fault. He said that rooms are given depending on availability when the customer arrives and Not according to the day of the online reservation. I called booking.com. The room was dusty, and not very clean. There was hair around the toilet, dirty restroom floors, stains on the wall that appeared to be bodily dried flu... read more

Review The morning we woke up we found two-three weird bugs in the bed. almost maggot looking. during our sleep people tried getting into our room, and it was very very loud. did not have a lot of toiletries- no shampoo or conditioner. other than that it was nice. the staff were very nice!

bathroom facilities was lacking. Couldn't use the bathtub as the spout would only allow showering. no fruit of any kind...just juice the scrammed eggs were excellent.
