Disappointing The bed/pillows were terrible. Both the toilet and sink were stopped up. There was food on the floor when we arrived.

Poor Cleanliness. They didn't clean our room for 2 days and manager told us they would finally day before we left they cleaned it. Bathroom sink water would not go down clogged up. Location

Make sure there wont be a problem when booking a party there. They at least should have called my phone and let me know about the problem instead if calling the police on kids. We didn't eat breakfast..they put my kids and friends out after a mix up with the rooms ..I honestly think they over booked the rooms..and them knowing we booked the room for a party. But supposedly had many complaints on loud music ..keep in mind they didnt have any kind of speaker in the room.

The staff asked numerous times that other guests were being disturbed and at 3 am. Every guest comfort is the top-most priority of our hotel.
