Very dissatisfied The restroom inside my room was not clean thoroughly. The front desk staff informed me that water had not been supplied to the hotel and surrounding areas for two days due to waterline issues in the area. I feel that is something that should have been made known to hotel guests before they booked their stay. Fair When I arrived there was an employee outside watching a video of some kind on her phone. I spoke to her and walked in (Bags in hand.) I stood in the lobby a good 10 minutes or so when the young lady from outside walked back in and said can I help you? Disappointing The price about the rooms I didn’t like that I have been in a room paying 63.27a day I stay Monday then I try to get the same room again they told me that is going to about 105 that is right I might be looking for another motel that they can make right

Could use some work In my suite, the ac unit in the bedroom did not cool and made a huge wet spot on the floor throughout the room. I also walked into the bathroom and slipped and fell in a huge water puddle from the roof leaking onto the floor. I notified the staff of the problems and they said the “manager” wasn’t there to talk to him in the morning. No concern and no offer to change my room. Disappointing The walls paper-thin you could hear other guest and the bed & pillows were very uncomfortable. The neck was hurting so bad from the flat pillows tht I had a headache and bed was hard as a board. There's not enough lighting on the room or bathroom The price

Poor WITH SOME EFFORT THIS PLACE COULD BE MUCH MORE PLEASANT AND PRESENTABLE. STAFF NEEDS TO DRESS PROFESSIONALLY, UPGRADE THE CLEANING SERVICE IN ROOMS AND ON HOTEL GROUNDS, MAKE THE MINOR REPAIRS NEEDED. Pathetic Management needs to present himself in managerial attire. As he was dressed as if he was BBQing in the backyard the two days I saw him I was less than impressed. The fitness room was gutted and unusable. I'm sure they will use COVID as an excuse to cover this, but that one resident who has been staying there for several months stated that the fitness center has been out of use since she arrived.
