Not worth the $ The internet was super slow…. NO HOT WATER FOR A SHOWER Headboards were dirty Sheets had make up on it Check out is 11am… 10am-10:50.. Our door was knocked on by housekeepers and one actually walked in. Yes, we had the do nothing disturb sign We laid $236 for this and not happy at all! Location

Fair Very slow draining bathtub and sink. Water did back up into the bathtub and sink then stayed awhile. Hair in bathtub and not real clean. Office chair was really durty. It made you feel evertyhing was dirty and uncomfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was really big. The lobby was large. It was a good location for where we were going.

Like I was back in the 1950s I've already filed a detailed complaint but employee Brianna was extremely rude and racist

Fair Staff were not friendly at all. Mold in the shower. People loud and running in the hallway throughout the evening and after midnight

A Good Start; but Much Work Remains Aforementioned. Too much trouble to do photos since that’s management’s job. There were obvious attempts to make the site attractive and provide utility comforts. The Lobby was decorated nicely along with an all day coffee bar. 24-7 coffee bars are one of my comforts when traveling because I am a coffee addict. Fair Breakfast was lackluster. We were without air conditioning in our room for two out of four days. This is a convenient location for the trip planned. Price of room.

Fair The people next door were young and were yelling in the halls, banging on doors and just being loud It was nice all around
