Bad experience Unprofessional response to my injury the closet door fell off when I was opening it and landed on my left forearm as I put up my arm from keep the door from falling on my face ..front desk wasn’t very considerate of the door falling . I ended up with a bruised forearm from the door falling

Weekend with no TV. The remote to the TV did not work. They were so busy that it was 3 hours later be anyone could come look at the TV. The nice lady did her best but nothing. She was super nice but she forgot to tell the maintenance to check out the TV. Our room smelled like cigarette smoke soon as we walked in the room and we don't smoke. I told them about it and they made a note of it. The lady was helpful and did what she could. Love the lady. The pool was nice and the staff was nice and the place as a whole was nice.

it was just ok. The appearance of the hotel (water leaks in the hallway ceiling), room not vacuumed, broken furniture. breakfast was disgusting, location was excellent. Could be an awesome hotel with employees that cared.

Disappointing The outside of the property is in desperate need of maintenance. The room was not worth the price. It felt more like a Motel 6. The bed was uncomfortable and there were four tiny pillows. The air conditioner was loud and did not work properly. We had to leave the fan on all the time or it made a whirring sound at the end of each cycle. The bathroom was clean but the knob that controls the water was broken. Don’t stay here Arrived around midnight with my husband & 3 year old. Front desk clerk seemed like he was on something. when I asked for an extended stay til Sunday he said okay but in the morning the maid tried entering our room saying there was no note about the extended stay. The morning shift front desk clerk said the man did not leave a not & tried to charge us double.
