Disappointing The bed sheets had red stains (presumably blood). Staff who changed the sheets could have / should have easily seen that. Definitely not something a guest should be pointing out. Price

Disappointing When we checked in we were very disappointed with Dave at the desk.. extremely rude from the start, didn’t even say hello... later on we asked for an extra towel and he said there were none..REALLY! Clearly he was too bothered. Not friendly at all... the next morning we met Judy who was the most pleasant and professional front desk agent at a hotel.. what a difference from the night before... she made our stay a whole lot better.. Thank you Judy! The website says breakfast but all they provided was coffee
