Poor Linen not changed...Keys deactivated daily in error... not enough towels...no variety with continental breakfast... Poor quality place. Ad does not represent place. Front door clerk Mariessa ( don’t recall her name. She’s Hispanic) demonstrates excellent customer service and the only pleasant part about the experience. There is a garbage police who knocks on your door daily for garbage and wet towels... ridiculous practice. Totally bombed with this selection trying to save $$. I learned my lesson.

no coment nothing im very disappointed I have a extra 100 dolls charge and I don't know why I pay with a credit card and all the sudden there was and extra charge not good at all very very disappointed

Poor The room had always a humid smell, the breakfast was always the same, very poor option for breakfasts, the bathroom and the sheet they where not clean, and the last night they where no towels at all, it was hard to take a shower. The pool
Wasn’t very pleasant The personal needs a course of public relations that way know how to treat costumer at the front desk and who that’s The cleaning also need more improvement they even forgot to put liners in the trash cans and so towels The breakfast was very por need to improve it needs to be expanding trough 10 am the place is okay

Conveniently close to the beach but not comfortable and not worth it for the money. Hard uncomfortable mattresses and flat lumpy pillows and the alarm clock in the room was preset for 6am which we couldn’t have known and woke us up! we woke up with sore necks and not enough sleep. Breakfast was Nothing special and none of the staff during breakfast speaks English. Close drive to the beach.
